Intellectual Property

Ownership of final deliverables transfers based on agreed payment completion and contract terms.

Pre-existing tools, frameworks, templates, and reusable components remain the property of their original owners.

Liability and Warranty

Services are provided in professional good faith. No guarantee is made for third-party platform uptime, policy changes, or external service interruptions.

To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the value of the service engagement.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable laws of India. Jurisdiction, where applicable, is subject to competent courts in Telangana.
