Refund Policy
This Refund Policy explains payment and cancellation handling for EcanTech E-Solutions project-based services.

Nature of Services
Our services are primarily custom and effort-based (software development, design, implementation, and consulting). Because project work starts immediately after approval, full refunds are generally not applicable once execution begins.
Before Project Kickoff
If cancellation is requested before work starts, eligible refund amount may be processed after deducting administrative and transaction charges.
After Project Kickoff
- Payments for completed milestones are non-refundable.
- Work already delivered, approved, or consumed is non-refundable.
- Any pending amount for active milestones remains payable as per agreement.
Exceptional Cases
If EcanTech E-Solutions is unable to initiate the project due to internal reasons, a fair partial or full refund may be considered based on work status.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within a reasonable processing period, subject to banking and payment gateway timelines.
